Resilient Services 2024 Recap

As 2024 wraps up, we’re reflecting on an incredible year at Resilient Services—one filled with challenges, achievements, and growth.

A Strong Start

We kicked off the year with our Team Strategy Planning Day, blending innovation and goal setting with a fun Pizza Showdown that set the tone for a productive year ahead.

Delivering Resilience for Our Clients

Throughout the year, we focused on delivering initiatives that strengthened our clients’ resilience. Highlights include:

Living Our Values

Our Managing Director, John, truly embodied our core values this year. He provided a pro bono risk assessment for a speech therapy startup who assist children with eating difficulties, supporting a meaningful cause with his expertise. John also travelled to Central Australia, deepening his appreciation for local heritage and the unique challenges of the region. Additionally, he took a personal journey to Vietnam and Cambodia, immersing himself in vibrant cultures and breathtaking landscapes.

Team Bonding and Collaboration

Team connection thrived in 2024, with highlights including:

  • Emergency Exercises and Downtime on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts
  • A Sydney Trip, combining work, sightseeing iconic landmarks, and enjoying Chicago at the Capitol Theatre
  • A relaxing Yarra Valley Day, featuring chocolate tasting, lunch at Zonzo Estate, and moments to reflect on a successful year

Celebrating Personal Milestones

This year also brought inspiring personal achievements:

  • Sam Taylor began a Double Diploma in Business (Compliance) and Quality Auditing
  • Brea Chapman completed her Graduate Certificate in Organisational Resilience, strengthening our expertise
  • Sammy reached an incredible goal, completing her first half marathon after overcoming significant health setbacks

These milestones reflect the dedication, perseverance, and passion that drive our team every day.
